Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings Update Trailer

The trailer for Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings has finally arrived and it’s all looking pretty epic.

The movie is based on the Marvel comic character of the same name. MCU is set to release their first Asian superhero after numerous delays.

Shang-Chi first made his appearance in Marvel comics in the early ’70s appearing in Special Marvel Edition #15 before receiving his own self-titled comic.

Taught from a very young age. Shang -Chi is a master of many styles of martial arts and weapons. Not really having any superhuman powers to note of but through mastering his chi it allows him to surpass the physical limitations of normal athletes. He has been seen in the comics to dodge and even catch bullets from machine guns and sniper rifles.

He has beaten numerous super-powered characters. Ares himself said he is one of the few mortals able to hold his own against a god without the use of magic.  His fighting ability is classed as 7 the highest number attainable in the comics even higher than Captain America and Iron Fist who are at level 6

Shang-Chi is being played by Simu Liu who has a background in Wing Chun, Taekwondo and gymnastics. Michelle Yeoh also stars as Jiang Nan. There is a very brief synopsis available.

Shang-Chi must confront the past he thought he left behind when he is drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization.

Shang-Chi is set to be released in September 2021. Check out the trailer below.
