This is the way Iron Fist should have been done. Iron Fist is a marvel character inspired by Bruce Lee. Danny Rand (Iron Fist) was granted the power of the Iron Fist allowing him to focus his chi to give him enhanced strength, speed, stamina, agility, endurance, healing and most noticeably to focus it into his hand making it glow. This gives his fist super-human hardness, impact and making it impervious to pain.
Some feats of his powered fist feats include knocking out Luke Cage, Hercules and taking down Black Panther.
The Netflix show Iron Fist aired on Netflix in 2017 to a mixed reception. Only lasting 2 seasons before cancellation, the first season was criticised for lack of fights and momentum. Season 2 faired much better with better pacing and a lot more action scenes but Iron Fist was still overshadowed by shows like Dare Devil.
Dare Devil, Luke Cage Iron Fist and Jessica Jones all crossed out to create The Defenders show.
Immoral 65 shows it can be done right with the best Iron Fist live-action fight scene to date. Moving much closer to the comics, Iron Fist truly shows off his powers with his fists even catching fire.
Presented by Rogue Origin films its set before Danny Rands Iron fist and focuses on his predecessor, Orson Randall in 1948 played by Christian Howard. Howard is known for his work portraying Ken Master in Street Fighter Assassin fist.
Being a bit more street than Rand, Orson dons a pair of sidearms and a long leather jacket with his recognisable Iron fist mask.
The 8-minute short show Randall doing battle for possession of the Book of the Iron Fist in a fight sequence equal to anything from Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. With The Hands ninjas coming out of the woodwork and ninja stars flying everywhere before Randall unleashes the awesome and spectacular looking power of the Iron Fist. Having duel fiery hands and feet.
Iron Fist is long overdue to appear in the MCU. Dare Devils Charlie Cox is rumoured to appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home and with the multiverse being explored. In the comics, Shang Chi and Iron Fist teamed up for a long time so I see no reason why Danny Rand of Orson Randall shouldn’t make an appearance.
