Fist of legend
A re-make Fist of fury made famous by Bruce Lee himself. Loosely based on the most skilled student of legendary real-life kung fu master Huo Yuanjia.
After hearing of his master’s death in a one on one battle. Chen Zhen returns to China seeking answers and vengeance for the death of his master. Suspecting foul play, he seeks and challenges the Japanese master that defeated Yuanjia. This path puts him on a collision course with the evil general Fujita.
One of Jet Li’s best movies.
Tai Chi Master
Also known as Twin Dragons. Two shaolin monks and sworn brothers, Junbao and Tienbo (Jet Li and Chin Siu Ho) who grew up together in the Shaolin monastery. After being are cast out and finding it hard to make their way in the world. Tienbo joins the governors army, Junbao joins the rebels fighting for their freedom from the malicious governor. It doesn’t take long for power to go to Tienbo’s head, setting a trap for the rebels and betraying his sworn brother and best friend. Also featuring Michelle Yeoh
Junbao is also based on real life legendary master Zhang Sanfeng also known as Junbao. He is said to be the first practitioner and inventor of tai Chi
